About Train with G
Train with G is a personal training service built on one simple belief: the best plan is the one built for you. Not a generic programme downloaded from the internet. Not the same sessions everyone else is doing. Yours. Specific to your goals, your body, your life.
Whether you want to lose weight, build strength, move better, or simply feel good in yourself — we'll build a plan around what you actually want to achieve, and I'll be with you every step of the way.

Every Train with G programme is structured around proven training principles — push, pull, legs, and everything in between — adapted specifically for you. No guesswork. No wasted sessions.
Chest, shoulders, triceps. We build strength and shape through compound and isolation movements, scaled to your current level and progressed as you improve. Every rep has a purpose.
Upper body strengthBack, biceps, rear delts. The muscles most people neglect. A strong back improves posture, reduces injury risk, and creates the balanced physique that looks and feels great.
Back & postureQuads, hamstrings, glutes, calves. Your biggest muscle group, your biggest opportunity. Leg training drives overall strength, metabolism, and functional movement for everyday life.
Lower body powerYour food plan works hand in hand with your training programme. We look at fuelling around sessions, daily protein targets, and sustainable habits — not crash diets.

A lot of trainers say bespoke. What they mean is they've swapped out a few exercises from last week's template. That's not what we do here.
Your programme is built from the ground up based on your goals, your current fitness level, how many days you can train, any injuries or limitations, and what you actually enjoy doing. It evolves every few weeks as you progress.
You'll understand why every exercise is in your programme, what it's doing for your body, and how it connects to your goal. Knowledge is part of the service.
We sit down, talk through your goals, your history, your lifestyle, and what success looks like for you.

I'm not going to hand you a meal plan that bans bread and makes you weigh your rice. What I will do is help you understand how food actually works — so that over time, making good choices just becomes second nature.
